These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) cover your use of this site and purchases of travel eSIMs and related digital products from SIMCITIES MOBILE (“SIMCITIES”, “we”, “us”).
By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
SIMCITIES MOBILE sells travel connectivity products online. Support: Live Support on the site, or the support contact in your order email.
2. Products
We sell digital products, mainly travel eSIMs. Product pages describe destination, data, validity, and related features. Network speed and coverage depend on local operators and conditions outside our control.
You need a compatible unlocked eSIM device. Please confirm compatibility before you buy. Our install guide covers typical setup steps.
3. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when payment succeeds and we confirm it (usually by email).
Prices are shown in the currency at checkout. Provide accurate email and payment details. We are not responsible if delivery fails because the email address was wrong.
4. Delivery (digital)
After payment, we deliver eSIM details (such as a QR code or activation instructions) by email, either promptly or at a scheduled send time you or we set for the order.
Until we generate or send the QR / eSIM details, the order may still be cancelled or refunded under our Refund Policy. After generation or send, refunds follow that policy’s primary rule.
Keep your QR code and order email private.
5. Activation and use
You install and activate the eSIM using our instructions and your device maker’s guidance. Plan rules are as stated on the product page and in the delivery email.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted coverage, specific speeds, or that every app will work in every country.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: refunds are generally available only before eSIM generation or processing by our upstream provider; scheduled-for-later orders stay refundable until generation/send; after generation, activation, install, or use, refunds are generally not available except for delivery failure, wrong product, or our confirmed fault.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or products (fraud, unlawful use, or interference with our systems). We may cancel an order if we reasonably suspect fraud or a Terms breach.
8. Intellectual property
Site content and branding belong to SIMCITIES or our licensors. Do not reuse them commercially without permission.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The site and products are provided as available.
- We are not liable for network, device, supplier, or other issues outside our reasonable control.
- Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under applicable consumer law.
10. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy (when published on this site). We use order and support details to fulfil purchases and help you.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Future orders follow the Terms then in force.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, unless mandatory consumer protections where you live require otherwise.
