These terms cover the Free eSIM promotion. They sit alongside our general Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy. If something here conflicts with the general Terms for this promotion only, these claim terms apply.
1. What you can get
If you book qualifying flights through our affiliate flight link (travel.simcities.mobile), you may claim free destination-country eSIMs for that trip as follows:
- Book N passengers for a trip of D days → you may receive N destination-country eSIMs, each valid for D days.
Example: 4 passengers × 5 days → 4 eSIMs × 5 days each.
- Destination country means the country (or covered destination) matching the flight itinerary we accept for the claim.
- Plan size and exact product are chosen by SIMCITIES for this promotion (data-only travel eSIM unless we say otherwise in the claim flow).
2. Flights only (important)
Free eSIMs are earned only from qualifying flight bookings made through travel.simcities.mobile.
Promo messages may mention hotels or an “entire tour.” Hotels and non-flight bookings do not qualify for Free eSIM under these terms, even if shown in the same promo bar or page.
3. Who can claim
- You must have a SIMCITIES account and claim while logged in.
- One claim per qualifying booking (Site Booking ID), unless we state otherwise.
- Offers are non-transferable. You cannot sell, gift, or assign Free eSIM entitlements.
4. How to claim
In the login / account area, submit:
- Site Booking ID, and
- Flight details needed to verify the booking.
Do not submit passenger legal names in the claim form (Name is not required for this claim).
If we approve the claim, the free eSIM(s) appear automatically in your eSIM order history.
5. Claim window
You must submit a complete claim within 30 days after the scheduled departure date of the qualifying flight (unless we publish a different window for a specific campaign).
Late, incomplete, or unverifiable claims may be declined.
6. When the offer is void
We may refuse, cancel, or revoke a Free eSIM claim (and related eSIMs) if:
- The flight booking is cancelled, refunded, voided, or not completed through the affiliate link,
- Booking details do not match the Site Booking ID / flight details you submitted,
- We reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, duplicate claims, or manipulation, or
- The claim is outside the claim window or otherwise fails these terms.
7. After the eSIM is issued
Once the free eSIM profile has been generated or processed by our upstream provider, our general Refund Policy applies. Free promotional eSIMs are typically not refundable for cash; if unused and not yet generated, we may cancel the entitlement at our discretion when a booking is voided.
You still need a compatible unlocked eSIM device. Coverage and speed depend on local networks and are not guaranteed.
8. Changes
We may update or end this promotion at any time. Claims already approved stay subject to these terms and our general store policies. The version on this page when you submit the claim applies to that claim.

10. Governing law
These claim terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, unless mandatory consumer protections where you live require otherwise.
